Reservations are required for The River House. Information about making reservations can be found on our Contact Us page or Book Dates page.
The River House has a two night minimum stay. The River House rates vary depending on how many guests will be staying.
Rates are as follows -
Nightly Rates
$125 per night for 2 guests.
$15 per night for each extra guest
Weekly Rates
Stay 6 nights, get the 7th night free
Virginia State tax 5.3%
Local lodging tax 5%
Cleaning fee $50
These are not included in the above rates.
Special rates apply for Bristol Motor Speedway Race nights.
Ask about winter rates starting January 2 - March 1.
The River House does not accept pets, however nearby vacation home "Easy Living" does accept pets for a $40 fee. Infomation on Easy Living can be found at www.easyliving.homestead.com

Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel, your deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival date. If your cancellation is made 30 days or less before the arrival date, the deposit will only be refunded if the property is reserved (re-rented) in this timeframe.
